Adecco is looking for an important company in the fashion sector:


Role purpose: The candidate will support the Administration Team of the Parent Company and will be involved in the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the General Ledger and any other accounting entry (Account receivables, accounting payables, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets, etc..);
Managing Intercompany Invoicing, Accounting Flows and Monthly Reconciliations;
Managing Fixed Assets, including annual inventory process;
Trial balance reconciliations and accounting cleanings;
Managing Accounting Closing Process;
Supporting on Fiscal Representatives Reconciliations;
Managing and/or supporting on exports initiatives;
Preparing and/or supervising the preparation of periodical reports to be attached, among others, to the Groups Financial Statements and to Monthly Reports;
Preparing and/or supervising the preparation of periodical documentations related to external and internal audit process;
Monitoring accounting and administration processes, possibly re-designing and improving them;
Monitoring the main cross-area activities and their implementation according the deadlines requested, throughout continuous updates and specular mapping (ex-ante and ex-post), reported to each owner of the flows;
and any other business according to the role.
Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate has a diploma in accounting or a university degree in economics.
The profile is completed by:
Reliability, thoroughness and discretion;
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach;
Excellent ability to manage complex negotiations;
Ability to work in a team and with multifunctional teams;
Excellent spoken and written English and availability for short trips abroad;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
Knowledge of Navision will be considered a plus;

Location: You will be based at our office in Zola Predosa (BO).
