 Business Controlling Specialist

We are looking to a talented individual to join our Business Controlling Team, working closely with the Financial Controlling team and business partnering functional directors and teams.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the team in business partnering banners of GVI crosswise and overseeing the banner reporting to GrandVision Group, along with all the management reporting and commentaries within the business, including full P&L of the banner, variances analysis and comments for all elements and KPI’s above and below gross margin.

Key responsibilities include:
 Supporting Sales and Marketing.
 Explaining Performances .
 Taking part in all banner meetings including Field.
 Supporting translation of banners strategy into Budget and Long Term Plan.
 Developing cross-functional relationships with other department teams to receive information and to communicate results, performances, analysis and required actions.
 Providing analysis and insights for key business decisions through the application of business acumen and business support tools.
 Developing internal customer focused reporting, while optimizing the efficiency of business information processes and interfaces with other functional teams.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role you’ll need to…
 Be graduated in a Master Degree (preferably in business, economics or accounting)
 Have 2+ years’ work experience, including corporate commercial experience (retail or FMCG company experience preferred).
 Have Advanced IT skills including in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills, BI Tools, HFM, preferably ERP systems (Microsoft Navision).
 Be fluent in English (verbal & written) essential.
 Have strong analytical skills and highly numerate.
 Be Self- starter, proactive.
 Be Confident and fluent communicator with management at all levels.
 Be able to develop effective business partnering relationships, collaborate cross-functionally and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
