GrandVision, the optical retail leading company operating with more than 7000 stores all over the world, is looking for a Digital and Social Media Specialist, to join its Marketing Team in Bologna.
The resource will design, create, implement and track our multi-channel communication strategies and online presence for 2 retail banners and eComm. The candidate must have a strong understanding of digital and social channels, experience in managing the planning of promotional campaigns on all channels (social, influencers, DEM, displays, SMS).
Main responsabilities:
• Define, manage and supervise the contents on the company's Social Media Channels: FB, Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube.
• Plan and execute Lead Generation campaigns on Social and Digital Media channels through drive to store activities
• Coordinate social content and digital media plans independently with the support of a dedicated agency
• Enhance the reputation and values of the brand and decline the campaign concepts through awareness campaigns on social channels
• Define KPIs to monitor and optimize campaigns
• Generate reports on the progress of digital campaigns and analysis of business results
• Identify trends, optimize costs and performance based on insights (eg insights / insights)
• Collaborate with the team (marketing, e-commerce, etc.) to create landing pages and optimize the digital experience of the costumer
• Manage and collaborate with external agencies and strategic partners
• Collaborate with International CX&D Team on digital performance and projects
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in structured companies (Retail is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Passion for the engagement of the consumer through digital marketing and social media
• Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Business Manager (FB)
