The resource will be involved in the day-by-day eCommerce activities and operations, supporting the rest of the team with the maintenance, content and management of our website, in order to grow the overall performances with an omnichannel approach. The candidate must have strong organisational skills and workload management to perform daily activities, as well as an ability to react positively to short-notice requests. In addition, the resource should have a strong understanding of digital and social channels. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer experience and excellent communication skills.

What will you do

·         Update the content on site using analytical data, following the marketing campaigns calendar and using the product brand materials.

·         Help with merchandising the online sales categories, ensuring that the content is always consistent and updated.

·         Collaborate with product category team in order to update the product catalogue and information.

·         Process of all online orders, credit checking and dispatching from our logistics warehouse.

·         Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including producing webpages and creative banners, social media creativities and product pack shots. Previous experience would be beneficial however we provide training.

·         Support with customer care activities.

·         Generate reports on the progress of business results.

·         Collaborate with all company departments (marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, category, etc.) involved in the eCommerce and omnichannel project.

·         Manage and collaborate with external agencies and strategic partners.

·         Collaborate with International CX&D Team.

What are we looking for

·         Well organised, recently graduated

·         Excellent knowledge of English

·         Multi-tasking and solution-oriented person

·         Passion for new technologies, Omnichannel and eCommerce

·         Knowledge of Google Suite and CMS (Content Management Platform) is preferred

We offer a 6-month internship placement with monthly repayment costs as per current legislation.
