Finance Reporting Analist

GrandVision Italy, the optical retail leading company operating with more than 420 stores with chains GrandVision by Avanzi, GrandVision by Optissimo, Solaris and Corner Optique, is searching a Finance Reporting Analist for his Finance Department.

Our aspectativ
Prepare the monthly IFRS reporting package, including tax reporting;
Create, implement and maintain accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency in the legal entity;
Monitor, maintain and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting Group and IFRS guidance and country regulations (ie: IFRS 16);
Intercompany reconciliation;
Assist in the coordination of annual audit and periodically in the review activities of external auditors;
Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements;
Support FP&A team in monthly analysis;
Accounting and administrative activities to support the statutory financial statements preparation;
Coordination of external and internal audits.
Systems: Navision and Hyperion Financial Management

Job Requirements
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
HFM skills and Navision;
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized;
Strong interpersonal skills, great team player;
Strong Italian and English written and oral communication skills;
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to resolve problems;
Ability to work independently under general supervision.
