GrandVision, the optical retail leading company operating with more than 7000 stores all over the world, is searching for an intern for his International Training Department in Bologna.
The profile, supporting the Internation Training Manager, will be actively involved in the following activities:
Relations with creative agencies
Design and check of training content
Follow up with Worldwide market for training implementation
Relation with Headquarter
Management of information flow between marketing and product
A masters degree in Marketing or Communication Studies is required, as are an advanced knowledge of Powerpoint and Word and fluency in English written and spoken. Brief experiences, even as internships, with major companies will also be positively assessed.
Strong creativity and problem solving skills, ability to deliver high quality team work, enthusiasm and stress tolerance complete the requirement, customer focused, flexibility.
Experiences “nice-to-have": store or food&beverage sales, customer care, studied/lived abroad.
We offer an internship placement, lasting six months with monthly repayment costs as per current legislation.
Furthermore, we offer an international experience and a great opportunity to put theory into practice.
