Adecco is hiring immediately: Operations Financial Planning Analyst to work for our client, world leader in the online luxury fashion business.
You Will:
• Deliver, review and own the Budget, Forecasting and Latest Estimate processes for Operations OPEX
• Support with the operations budget process and continued analysis around Fulfilment costs and KPIs.
• Prepare the Budget, Forecasting and Latest Estimate processes of Shipping costs
• Support the headcount budget process, including maintaining the budgeting models working closely with HR and budget holders across the business.
• Manage monthly cost centre analysis that actively challenges the business, developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners
• Proactively identify, appraise & recommend business opportunities
• Assist with preparation, analysis and delivery of monthly Group results to business leaders
• Assist with preparation, analysis and delivery of monthly Group results to the Central Planning team
• Prepare ad hoc analysis as required by the team and business
You Have:
• A Business / Finance related graduate degree or equivalent
• Started or looking to start CIMA, ACCA or ACA accounting qualifications (or equivalent)
• Experience of a similar role in a fast-paced environment is desirable
• An excellent eye for detail & organisational skills
• An inquisitive mind & proactive nature
• High level of commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills & ability to work with all levels of the organisation
• Advanced Excel. Navision experience is advantageous
• Advanced English
