Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate combine a friendly and engaging personality with ability to solve problems supporting the sales managers by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information.
Main Activities
Provides product, promotion and pricing information, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, answering question. Recommended and display items that match customer needs. Assist the Sales Manager during his business negotiations. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Keep up to date with product information. Generate quotes and timelines for client as requested. Handle orders following all company policies and procedures, resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying managers and customers, CRM database maintenance.
Requirements
Fluent English, fluent French, knowledge of Microsoft Office package, CRM software and ERP AS400
