SENIOR BACK OFFICE PLANNER for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP

The candidate will be part of the Back Office & Planning Management team for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP Luxury Fashion Retail . Main tasks will be to support for activities aimed at monitoring the purchasing campaign and planning of merchandise arrival, liaise with suppliers for the exchange of information related to merchandise supplied, open to buy and orders upload and update into NAVISION ERP.

You Will:
-Upload and update Open To Buy and Orders into Navision;
-Liaise with suppliers for the exchange of information related to merchandise supplied;
-Liaise with Inbound teams to resolve any discrepancies between vendor documents and Navisions purchase order in a timely manner;
-Support Operations and Digital Production in managing product workflow issues, identifying blockers and speed up time crossing;

You have:
-At least 5 years of prior experience in similar roles;
-Economics, Statistics or Engineering degree
-Knowledge of Finance and Planning;
-Advanced knowledge of Excel
-Knowledge of ERP familiarity with Navision
-Fluency in English.
