HR Specialist, Bologna

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our People and Culture Agenda and to drive business strategy through people for GrandVision Italy HQ. This role is responsible for the hiring of the most talented profiles, in line with GV Italy culture and values.

The HR Specialist, reporting directly to the HR Development Manager, will address our core HR critical priorities - including, but not limited to, scouting and recruiting resources based on business needs, boosting new hire engagement, promoting employer branding activities, acting proactively to cover business needs and bringing added value through innovative and unconventional approach, if needed.

What you will do:

Manage recruiting processes based on Business needs (in collaboration with Line Managers and external recruiting agencies);
Contribute to the identification of the best talents, both for HQ and stores, through employer branding initiatives
Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Administrate performance management, promotion supervision and compensation reviews - all the key HR processes will be in your hands
Partner with HR and Business peers and with external providers to proactively address issues and identify solutions. Influence stakeholders to continuously innovate and strengthen the HR practices

Detail-oriented and organized - rigorous project management, prioritization and organization to drive to timelines and keep stakeholders aligned and focused

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in the same role
A solid work experience in a Head-Hunting company will be considered as a strong plus;
Strong analytical skills with ability to ask the right questions
Excellent Excel and Power Point knowledge;
Basic knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas including: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leadership Development and Organizational Development;
Strong communication skills and customer-orientation attitude;
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
